Qamar Rizvi, President & CEO of aQmen Inc., attended the launch of the Canada India Education Council (CIEC) at the invitation of Hon. Pierre Pettigrew (PC), former Minister of Foreign Affairs for Canada. Mr. Rizvi and Mr. Pettigrew discussed how Canadian businesses could better prepare themselves to manage and lead in a rapidly evolving global economy. They also discussed the role that universities can play in making Canada a premier destination for higher education. Other dignitaries, including the Consul General of India, Mrs. Preeti Saran, and Vice Consul, Commercial Affairs, Mr. R. Venkatesan, also attended the invitation-only event.
